Your library
Do I need an account?
No. Everything works without one and your library stays on your phone. An account backs your library up and lets you join the clubs.
How do I get my library onto a new phone?
Sign in with the same RewindClan account (Sign in with Apple or email) on the new phone. On the welcome screen, tap "I already have a RewindClan account". Your shelves, watchlists, ratings, notes and progress come back.
How do I mark episodes as watched?
Open the show and tap an episode. Everything up to it is marked watched, and Tonight remembers where you left off.
A title has the wrong poster or details.
Email us the title and year and we'll fix it in the catalogue.
Your account
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your username or email. We'll email a link that works once, for one hour.
How do I change my photo, name or favorite four?
Open your profile in the Clubs tab and tap "Edit profile".
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings, your RewindClan account, Delete account. This erases your account and library backup straight away. See the privacy policy for exactly what happens.
How do I turn notifications on or off?
In Rewind's Settings, or in iOS Settings, Notifications, Rewind.
Rewind Plus
What does Plus include?
Unlimited Ask Rewind picks with live search for the newest releases, unlimited swipes, and unlimited custom watchlists. Everything else, including the community, is free.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
In iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Rewind. Or in Rewind: Settings, Manage subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.
I bought Plus but it isn't showing.
In Settings, tap "Restore purchases" while signed in to the same Apple ID you bought it with.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The community
How do I report a post or a person?
Tap the ••• menu on any post or comment and choose Report. Our moderators review every report within 24 hours. The same menu lets you block the person who wrote it.
What are the rules?
